1. Requesting Your Health Care Records
     a. You have the right to trequest a copy of your health care records. To request records, submit a written request to Healing Insight

     b. Please include your full name, date of birth, contact information, and the specific records requested. Please see Healing Insight’s Practice Policies from your intake paperwork to find associated fees.

2. Contact the Licensing /Oversight Authority
     a. Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC) oversees licensed mental health professionals in Texas.
